The Ethical Society Position on Judges

The Ethical Society is concerned about the "Laws" created by average men that are formed under case law that represent corporate interest but not the "interest of the people." (The absurdity of this process was best indicated when a Judge decided he could rule on the "Theory of Creation" instead of recognizing the limits of the bench. This refusal to recluse himself was the best example of "Grandiosity") We believe that when "case law" changes the "intent of constitution", then the courts have committed "Treason".

The Ethical Society is concerned about our justice system and the lack of realistic accountability of judges. While we recognize that there is an appeal process, we believe that the cost (for most people) is prohibitive. The cost of appeal favors Corporations who have the funds to appeal, while the individual does not.

We are specifically concerned for matters that affect children. It is our opinion that "confidentiality", which was a concept developed to protect children, may have placed children at greater risk.
The public is not aware of that risk because judge's rulings are confidential. If many of these trials were televised the public would be outraged. They would see that children are being placed in "at risk" situations, in order to give their alcoholic or drug addicted parents another chance to abuse the child before terminating parental rights.

In many cases children are placed back into at risk situations that would be obvious to the general public but apparently escapes the wisdom of judges.

We want this site to be a place where parents can post their concerns and links to their sites with evidence and court decisions can be posted for the review of the public. We do not believe that the principle of confidentially should be valued higher than the safety of a child.

The Ethical Society does not want adhering to the ethics of confidentially to result in placing a child at risk. This we feel would a form of emotional blackmail that would and does protect a judge but not a child. We recognize the complexity of this internal conflict.
